Hey Mrs. S. Don’t get your hopes up on those kit kats, i heard about all these crazy kit kat flavors last year but haven’t seen them anywhere. (admittedly i haven’t looked that hard though, only in conbinis)
and Shibata, Ookini for the kansaiben lesson ne.
You’re welcome. Thanks for the heads-up on the kit kat deal. I’ll have to do some serious searching while I’m over there.
ur going to japan!!?!?! lucky bastard!
on another completely different note, i’ve noticed that over here in the states, we’re plagued by horrendous reality shows of all kinds, u know… jersey shore, bachelor, survivor, real world, kardashians, the list goes on sadly. does japan have reality shows? if so, what kind?
as always thanks 2 both of ya’ll for the info. arriba nihon!
I don’t Japanese tv shows are over-saturated with reality shows. One reality show I can think of is あいのり Ainori which I believe I blogged about a while ago.
Thanks for listening!
Oh, YES! One Piece is so awesome! I’m stoked to hear that you’re reading the manga. I think it’s gone over 650 chapters, so you have a LOT of catching up to do, but it’s so worth it! There’s also an anime for One Piece if you want to watch that, and Funimation streams the original Japanese show (over 500 episodes there), plus they have a dub version for the first 200 or so episodes that your wife can watch! They’re working on getting licensing so they can dub more episodes (I hope they get it soon!), so look forward to that!
That’s a lot of chapters. I don’t know when I get to finish reading all that. Maybe my wife can read them and give me the Cliff’s notes version of the story.
Thanks for listening!
